Connect your inbox
So IP notices land on your board automatically

When connected, TEAL watches your inbox for IP-office notices — USPTO, EUIPO, and office-action emails — pulls the serial and the deadline, and surfaces it on What's due. TEAL computes the date. Nothing is filed or sent automatically.

  • Known matters only. Matched against serials already on your docket — unrelated mail is never read or stored.
  • No human reads your inbox. The watcher extracts the notice and discards the message body.
  • Flags, never decides. A surfaced deadline is for your attorneys to act on. Automation, never judgment.
  • Consent-gated. Connecting requires your firm's managing partner and IT sign-off.
Outlook / Gmail add-in

Prefer to file emails one at a time from your own inbox? Install the TEAL add-in, then paste this token to sign in. It grants only your own access, for this firm — nothing is scanned in the background.

TEAL Operations · setup
Your operations manual · firm-level configuration
This is the operations manual TEAL runs your delivery from. Tell us your dedicated sending mailbox, your templates, your attorney roster and bar info, which routine sends you authorize, where your docket lives, and how reminders should flow. TEAL surfaces dates, drafts procedural content, and sends as your firm after approval — substantive legal judgment always stays with your attorneys.

Steps 3 and 4 (roster + standing authority) must match your engagement letter — that's the legal basis for who can approve a send. Skip any section you don't need now; you can finish it later from Settings. We operate; we don't opine.
